Free Lecture: Ethnobotany in South Florida

Gita Ramsay, from Citizens for a Better South Florida, will discuss the medicinal, ritual and practical use of plants in Miami. You will never look at your neighborhood plants in the same way again! The lecture will be held on Thursday, January 8th from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the Visitor Center Auditorium. Admission is free and is open to the public.

As part of the Deering Estate's monthly lecture series, free lectures are held on the second thursday of the month in the Visitor Center Auditorium.
