The Cultural Council, Inc. presents the 19th annual "In the Park with Art" on Saturday, October 31st and Sunday, November 1st from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Palmetto Bay Village Center. The Palmetto Bay Village Center is located at Old Cutler Road at SW 184th Street.
