Aramis Gutierrez

Beginning September 2007, LegalArt sponsored its first ever residency at the Deering Estate at Cutler. Aramis Gutierrez, one of two Miami artists awarded the LegalArt Residency, will occupy his Artist in Residence studio located in the Historic Power House for one year, at no charge.

Aramis is a graduate of The Copper Union in NYC where he received his BFA. His solo exhibitions include David Castillo Gallery, Miami, FL (2008) and his works have been exhibited in New York, Philadelphia, Palm Beach, Miami, Istanbul, Turkey, and other cities. He lives and works in Miami.

Aramis primarily works with oil paints in a large scale format, and his studio is open daily to guests visiting the Estate.
