Weddings & Celebrations

Rental fees for the 1st floor of the Stone House, the Courtyard and the front lawn (up to 125 guests):

Friday, Saturday or Sunday   $4,600
Monday thru Thursday          $3,450

Maximum number of guests allowed in the Stone House is 250.
Each additional guest over 125 is $9.50 per guest.

Rental fees for the 1st floor of the Richmond Cottage, the Court Yard and the front lawn for maximum capacity of 75 guests:

Friday, Saturday or Sunday   $1,400
Monday thru Thursday          $1,050

The Deering Estate will supply you with the use of a 40 x 60 tent for use on the stone paved Court Yard for an additional fee of $1,960.23.

All rentals are subject to 7% Miami-Dade County Sales Tax and a $200 or 20% (whichever is higher) refundable Security Deposit.

A summer discount of 25% is given during the months of June, July and August.

Catering Company Permits & Fees

The client is repsonsible for ALL catering fees. The permit must be paid for at least 30 days before the event.
Permit fees are $5 per guest and are non-refundable.

Security Guards

Because of the vast size of the Estate, additional security is required and will be provided by the Deering Estate at a cost of $24 per hour per guard plus 7% Miami-Dade County Sales Tax; for a minimum of 8 hours.

Up to 150 guests     2 Security Guards are required
151 to 190 guests   3 Security Guards are required
191 to 225 guests   4 Security Guards are required
226 to 250 guests   5 Security Guards are required
